Empowering Leaders. Advancing Health Equity.
Leaders that have tapped into their full potential are better equipped to facilitate transformation within their organizations and communities. That is why we believe that health equity is best advanced by providing strategic support that ensures leaders are optimally effective and have the greatest impact.
Health equity means…
that everyone has a fair and just opportunity to be as healthy as possible. This requires removing obstacles to health such as poverty, discrimination, and their consequences, including powerlessness and lack of access to good jobs with fair pay, quality education and housing, safe environments, and health care.
