Ana is a human resources professional with more than 20 years of experience driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, change management, performance management, employee engagement, retention, recognition, team building, and merger and acquisitions primarily for the pharmaceutical, sales and insurance industries. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Human Resources Leadership Forum and Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Since she moved to Atlanta, Ana has been mentoring Hispanic professional women. In 2018, she was awarded by the Jeannette Rankin Foundation with the SMART Woman Award. Recently, she graduated from the Inspire Program of Atlanta Women Foundation. She is passionate about serving others as a way to return what she has received.
